15th April, 2014 - 102nd Titanic Memorial Service at Belfast City Hall
The Clare Chorale was invited by Belfast Titanic Society to lead the singing at a memorial service at the Titanic Memorial in the grounds of Belfast City Hall. The service was held at the very unusual time of 2:00am with a 2 minute silence observed at 2:20am, the time that RMS ‘Titanic’ sank below the waters of the north Atlantic on 15th April, 1912. The service was lead by Susie Millar from the Belfast Titanic Society.
